SAMUEL, Judge.

On April 10, 1967 plaintiff filed this suit against The J. M. Burguieres Company, Ltd. and six of its seven directors,1 for allegedly illegal and negligent action of the directors in compromising certain indebtednesses owed the corporation by three family groups related to its stockholders and/or directors, and in failing to recover certain corporate real estate allegedly lost or diverted to others.
