OPINION

HOWARD, Chief Judge.

Defendant was indicted by the grand jury on two counts of armed robbery. To these charges defendant entered pleas of not guilty.

Subsequently, pursuant to a plea bargain agreement signed by defendant, his attorney and the Gila County Attorney, defendant entered a guilty plea to an amended count of robbery and the other count was dismissed. The court sentenced defendant to a term of not less than nine (9) years nor more...
