OPINION

DOUGLAS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for carrying a pistol on licensed premises. Punishment was assessed at three years.

Bessie Sylvester, owner and manager of the Anchor Room Bar, testified that a man in the bar was carrying a pistol on November 3, 1972. She called the police. Officers Hay and Warren and a civilian observer, James McConnell, responded to the call. McConnell testified that he saw a man pass a gun to appellant...
