DOYLE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction on three counts of violating the confidence game statute, SDCL 22-41-7. We affirm the trial court on all issues.

The facts of this case are relatively simple. In each of the three incidents Keeling entered the establishment, approached a young female clerk and purchased a small item with a large bill.
