Orders affirmed, with one bill of $20 costs and disbursements to defendant AAMCO Automatic Transmissions against plaintiff, on condition that plaintiff's former attorney, Louis Dubow, personally pay the sum of $100 to said defendant within 20 days after service upon plaintiff of a copy of the order to be made hereon, together with notice of entry; in the event such condition is not complied with, plaintiff may, within 10 days after the time herein limited for such payment...
