The pertinent facts culminating in this suit are brief, On June 1st, 1968, plaintiff Donald Burk and defendant Gulf Oil Corporation [Gulf] executed several agreements whereby plaintiff contracted to serve as a branded distributor of Gulf products in Missoula, Montana.
