Plaintiff seeks workmen's compensation benefits under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 23:1031.11 for an occupational disease2 suffered while employed by defendant company. The trial judge dismissed plaintiff's suit on defendant's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
