This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of burglary of a habitation, a violation of V.T.C.A. Penal Code, Sec. 30.02. After accepting the appellant's plea of guilty, hearing the evidence and argument of counsel, the court assessed the appellant's punishment at imprisonment for seven years.
