In the amended information filed in this action, the defendant, Richard E. Fowler, was charged in count I thereof with embezzling on or about January 25, 1974 certain money in excess of $100 belonging to Steak-O-Rama, a corporation; and in count II was charged with being a habitual criminal. He pleaded not guilty to both charges and was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict finding him guilty of the offense of embezzlement. A separate hearing...
