LANDRY, Judge.
Defendant, Murray Decoteau (Appellant), appeals from a jury verdict judgment awarding plaintiff, Dalton Hodges (Appellee) $60,000.00 damages for breach of an oral profit sharing agreement concerning the operation of several corporations in which the parties were mutually interested.
