The complaint alleges that on or about May 1, 1972, upon reassessment by the assessor for the village, the assessed valuation of plaintiffs' property was increased from $4,373,820 to $6,572,300, thus raising the assessed valuation of plaintiffs' property in the amount of $2,198,480.
