Plaintiff-appellant George Suchan commenced this action against defendants-respondents, Henry's Farm Sales, Inc. and its parent corporation, Shell Oil Company, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Western Farm Service (all referred to herein as Henry's) and Forrest E.
