This is a Truth in Lending case which involves credit sale of an automobile purchased from McKnight Road Dodge, Inc. and financed through Chrysler Credit Corporation. The plaintiffs cause of action is based on alleged violations by the defendant of several disclosure provisions of the Act, 15 U.S.C.A., § 1601 et seq. and Regulation Z, 12 C.F. R., § 226.1, et seq.
