On January 3, 1973 at approximately 5:15 p.m., a collision occurred at the controlled intersection of Airline Highway and Turnbull Drive resulting in painful injuries to Mrs. Rose Deckelman and financial loss to her husband Bernard E. Deckelman, Sr. who brought this action to recover damages.
