NEWTON, Justice.

The defendant Chester McSwain, a black male, was charged with conspiracy to obtain money by false pretenses. He was tried and convicted. On appeal he assigns as error the admission of evidence of telephone conversations, of a statement that the caller was a black male, and of suspicious conduct by defendant's brother. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
