Appeal by Robert Hall from an order discharging a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant's contention that he has been deprived of due process and equal protection is based upon the failure of the Minnesota Corrections Authority to provide treatment pursuant to a medical parole granted to him.

Appellant was confined at the State Reformatory for Men at St. Cloud following a conviction of aggravated assault...
