Defendant-appellant, Tyrone Livingston, was found guilty by jury verdict on May 29, 1973 of felony murder, MCLA 750.316; MSA 28.548. On June 12, 1973 he was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment. He appeals by right, and alleges numerous grounds for reversal of his conviction.
