PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from the denial by the district court of a writ of habeas corpus.1

On December 11, 1967, two masked men committed an armed robbery in a tavern in Anchorage, Alaska. They herded the owner and three customers into a rest room and barricaded them inside.
