Defendant Ford Motor Credit Company appeals from a jury verdict of $600 actual and $25,000 punitive damages for wrongful conversion of plaintiff Bossie T. Price's automobile. Plaintiff purchased the automobile in 1969 under a retail installment contract which was assigned to defendant. Payments were due the twenty-eighth day of each month.
