Appellant shall recover of respondents one bill of $40 costs and disbursements covering these appeals. Rozalia Juhasz was injured while riding as a passenger in a New York City Transit Authority bus. The bus was hit in the rear by a car driven by the defendant Dean. After a trial, on the issue of liability only, both defendants were found culpable. Defendant Dean settled the claim against him for $24,000 and was released from further liability. A jury trial was then commenced...
