It is apparent from the record that plaintiff's security interest in the boiler sought to be replevied pre-dated defendant's purchase at the property at a sheriff's sale on December 2, 1974, and had been perfected prior to the installation of the boiler; therefore, upon default of the purchase agreement, plaintiff had an immediate right to possession of the boiler.
