This is an appeal from a divorce decree. Appellee, Deborah Thedford Roye, brought suit seeking divorce from appellant, Gary L. Roye. Appellant did not contest the divorce, and the parties stipulated that appellee be appointed managing conservator and agreed to the amount of child support.
