This is a suit for damages for breach of a construction contract. The plaintiff, North American Contracting Corporation, was the general contractor for construction of an apartment project. Defendants subcontracted to furnish the carpentry labor. Plaintiff contends defendants failed to perform in a workmanlike manner, failed to follow the specifications and finally "pulled off" the job before completion.
