This cause is before us upon a writ of certiorari directed to the New Mexico Court of Appeals, which affirmed the judgment of the district court in Terrel v. Duke City Lumber Company, 86 N.M. 405, 524 P.2d 1021 (Ct.App. 1974). We reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals insofar as it affirmed the judgment of the district court in awarding $367,000 to Terrel...
