These consolidated cases involve the priority between certain advances made pursuant to three recorded mortgages of real estate dated February 14, 1961, and a junior mortgage of real estate dated May 17, 1962. The issues were referred to the Master in Equity for Colleton County for determination and report. The Master found that Coastal's mortgages and the subsequent advances made pursuant to the future advance clauses...
