The defendant Thomas M. Devanney takes this appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas sustaining the plaintiff's appeal from the action of the defendant zoning board of appeals, which had earlier upheld the decision of the building inspector and zoning enforcement official of the town of Windsor that the defendant Devanney's property could be used as a package store in conformity with the zoning regulations of the town.
