Lawrence Osteen, who was in custody under a rendition warrant issued by the Governor of Alabama at the request of the Governor of Florida, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus which was denied by the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Hocklander, J., and he appealed. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed, 294 Ala. ___, 315 So.2d 442, without opinion.
