This is a suit by a dissenting shareholder against a corporation to determine the fair value of its shares of stock. Trial was before the court without the aid of a jury. The trial court found that the plaintiff had fully complied with all of the statutory and legal requirements to qualify as a dissenting shareholder and was, therefore, entitled to the fair value of its stock as reported by the court appointed appraiser.
