While working as a beer salesman for Anderson & McPadden, Inc., Ernest Rosiak, who intervened as a third-party plaintiff, was injured on June 7, 1968, closing the door to the basement of an establishment wherein the defendants, Otto and Anna Tunucci, did business as Otto's Legion Restaurant.
