Monroe Redevelopment Agency expropriated defendant's building and lot which it considered necessary in furtherance of its "Monroe Floodwall Gap Project". Plaintiff deposited with its petition the sum of $123,510 as compensation for the property taken. Defendant answered the suit and waived any right to contest the expropriation and consented to the taking of his property, but denied the amount deposited...
