After a jury trial, the defendant-appellant was found guilty of three armed robberies. The trial court subsequently imposed a single sentence of 10 to 30 years in the penitentiary. On appeal, the defendant submits two issues for review: whether he was denied a fair trial; whether the court imposed an excessive sentence.
