Watkins from the granting of a motion to dismiss rendered in favor of defendants in an action brought in the District Court of Los Alamos County seeking injunctive relief and money damages, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1970), because of defendants' refusal to reemploy the plaintiff as a certified classroom teacher at Los Alamos High School for the school year 1971-1972 and thereafter...
