In this case, the District Court, after considering a presentence investigation report, sentenced the defendant to an indeterminate term of not less than 15 nor more than 25 years in the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex for the crime of rape. The defendant is a 27-year-old plumber's apprentice, married and having two children of his own, who abducted a young woman and man and after taking approximately $7 from the girl, raped her. The...
