PARKER, Judge.

Prior to pleading upon trial de novo in the Superior Court, defendant moved to quash the warrants as to all three charges on the grounds that the underlying statutes are unconstitutionally vague and overbroad and infringe upon fundamental First Amendment rights. By his first assignment of error defendant now seeks review of the denial of these motions. We find the statutes valid.
