This negligence action which was tried before a Superior Court jury arose from a series of automobile collisions that occurred in Stonington, Connecticut in the southbound lanes of United States Interstate Route 95 at approximately 7:30 a.m. on February 10, 1968, at or near the Mystic Seaport exit ramp.
