The principal question presented by plaintiff's appeal is whether the court erred in granting defendants' motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. The motion for judgment n. o. v. is that judgment be entered in accordance with the movant's earlier motion for a directed verdict, notwithstanding the contrary verdict actually returned by the jury, and in passing on the motion the same standard for judging the sufficiency...
