This appeal arises out of the defendant school system's actions in placing the plaintiff, a tenured teacher, on an involuntary leave of absence for the remainder of the school year. After a hearing before the controlling school board and an affirmance of the initial decision, the Teacher Tenure Commission and then the circuit court reviewed the case, both affirming the propriety of the leave of absence.
