PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted by a jury of rape, MCLA 750.520; MSA 28.788. He was sentenced to a term of 10 to 30 years in prison, and he appeals. We affirm.

The allegations of error advanced by the defendant in this case concern comments of the prosecutor and the instructions of the trial court to the jury.
