Pursuant to plea negotiations, the defendant pled guilty to the charge of escape from the Vandalia Correctional Center in that he failed to return from furlough. After the plea of guilty was entered by the defendant, the court set a hearing on defendant's motion for probation. At this hearing the defendant raised for the first time the allegation that his failure to return to the institution...
