Plaintiff Niam Khalaf sought to bring a negligence action against defendant Bankers & Shippers Insurance Company and defendant James Dullard, an insurance agent, in Michigan. The lower court granted defendant Dullard's motion to quash the service of process on May 29, 1974. The plaintiffs appeal that order. We affirm.
