Plaintiffs, Woodrow Wilson Bridges and Marian J. Bridges, brought an action to quiet title and a count for trespass against the defendant, Mary L. Neighbors, the owner of adjoining property, in the Circuit Court for Saline County. The land in dispute was a 42' by 92' strip of land which lies between the residences of the litigants.
