This trespass action arises out of injuries sustained by plaintiff as a result of a fall which occurred on defendants' premises on March 10, 1971. Suit was instituted on March 8, 1973, by the filing of a praecipe for issuance of writ of summons. On the praecipe was handwritten the instruction "Please Do Not Serve." The writ was issued by the prothonotary but was not delivered...
