ON MOTION
Defendant's motion requests submission of his case to a quorum of the full Court or to the whole Court sitting en banc. He challenges the validity of the order of this Court entered on July 25, 1974, authorizing the Court to sit in three divisions of three judges each, with each division having full power to hear and adjudge all cases assigned to it.
