This is an action to recover a sum of money allegedly unpaid and due pursuant to a judgment of divorce entered in the State of Nevada. That judgment, in awarding support and maintenance to the plaintiff herein provided, inter alia, that the Nevada court retained jurisdiction over all matters concerning her support.
