Petitioner, Robert D. Rhoad (the husband), sued his wife, Betty C. Rhoad (the wife), on June 15, 1973, in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii on the nonculpatory ground then provided in Maryland Code (1957, 1973 Repl. Vol.) Art. 16, § 24 that the parties had "lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for five years."1...
