This is a civil rights action for damages brought under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985. Plaintiff was at the time of the alleged violations of his rights under indictment in the Supreme Court of New York for Kings County. The action was earlier dismissed as to defendant Cowin, a justice of the Supreme Court, and defendants Gold and Canavor, respectively District Attorney and Assistant District Attorney of Kings...
