ELDRIDGE, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

This appeal is taken from a "judgment" purportedly entered pursuant to Maryland Rule 605 a, which allows "entry of a final judgment upon one or more but less than all of the claims [for relief presented in an action] only upon an express determination that there is no just reason for delay and upon an express direction for the entry of judgment." Because we do not believe that the "judgment" is a final appealable judgment...
