This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis denying appellant's Amended Motion under Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R., to correct sentences imposed on him on May 28, 1970, on three charges of burglary in the second degree and stealing, one charge of felonious possession of burglary tools, and one charge of escaping custody before conviction, and allow him 135 days pre-conviction jail time he had accumulated awaiting disposition...
