This appeal by the husband challenges that portion of a divorce decree in which the Superior Court determined that the wife was entitled to a one-half interest1 in real property located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The property had formerly been used as the McGean family residence. Since we find that the wife failed to demonstrate her entitlement to a one-half interest, either as a joint owner of the property...
