This appeal arises from damages suffered by the plaintiff as the result of an automobile accident between an automobile driven by the plaintiff and one driven by the defendant's testatrix. After trial in the Superior Court resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff, upon an appropriate motion for judgment n. o. v. (Rule 50(b), M. R.C.P.) the Justice below set aside the verdict1 and ordered judgment entered for the defendant...
